Guidelines for Website Design Revision Process

At Reckoon, we view the web design phase as a collaborative journey, where your insights and feedback are crucial to achieving the perfect outcome. To ensure this process is efficient and productive, we kindly request your adherence to the following revision guidelines:

  1. Limited Revision Rounds

    • Utilize Your Revisions Wisely: Depending on your selected package, you are entitled to up to 2 rounds of revisions. We encourage you to review the designs carefully and consolidate your feedback to make these rounds as effective as possible. Should you require more than the allotted revision rounds, additional rounds can be facilitated at a cost of $150 each.

  2. Content Revision Requests

    • Your Expertise Matters: Your intimate knowledge of your business is invaluable. We encourage you to propose specific content changes to replace any preliminary content we've drafted. This collaboration ensures accuracy and expedites the revision process.

  3. Design Revision Requests

    • Scope of Changes: You're welcome to request modifications to images, fonts, layout, and colors. However, please note that due to adherence to best practices, responsive design protocols, and foundational website structures, some elements may not be adjustable.

  4. Consolidating Feedback

    • One Communication Channel: To maintain efficiency, we ask that you compile all feedback and requests for a revision round into a single email or document. Attach any pertinent images or documents directly to this email. For larger files or numerous images, please use the designated Google Drive Folder we've provided. Inform us via email once files are uploaded to ensure we don't miss your valuable input.

  5. Requests Beyond Initial Scope

    • Additional Features and Charges: Should you desire web design features beyond the initially quoted package, we're happy to discuss adding these for an additional fee.
